Expert Witness and Litigation Support - Civil and Administrative Hearings

Hicks Consultants provides expert reports, testimony and consultation to plaintiffs and defendants in civil cases as well as extensive technical support for regulatory or administrative hearings. We use a team approach in preparing for testimony. Staff scientists will generally review and plot data, collect samples in the field and provide general support for Mr. Hicks. We use graphic displays and figures in our reports to amplify text and better illustrate our points.
